In the Unfortunate Event of a Debilitating Condition

1. Veterinary Examination
   Your kitten should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. This ensures your kitten’s health is documented immediately.

2. Notification
   If your veterinarian diagnoses a congenital or hereditary condition, please notify us in writing (email or registered mail) within 10 days, including the veterinarian’s detailed report, diagnostic results, and confirmation that the condition is congenital or hereditary.

3. Second Veterinary Opinion (if needed)
   We may request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice to confirm the diagnosis. The examination is at your expense.

4. Our Options
   If the condition is confirmed, we will provide:

• Replacement Kitten: A kitten of comparable breed, sex, and quality from the next available litter. The original kitten may need to be returned with registration papers and health records, at the owner’s expense.

• Partial Refund: If a replacement kitten is not desired or available, a partial refund of the purchase price may be issued, based on the severity of the condition.

Conditions and Exclusions:

• Routine veterinary care, including booster vaccinations, deworming, parasite control, or minor illnesses, is not covered.

• Conditions caused by accidents, neglect, improper care, or preventable issues are excluded.

• Early spaying or neutering (before 6 months) can void this guarantee unless medically necessary and documented.

• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Minor breed-related issues that do not affect mobility or overall quality of life are not covered.

• Veterinary costs incurred outside of confirmed debilitating conditions are the responsibility of the owner.

Your Responsibilities as a Kitten Owner:

• Provide proper care, nutrition, and a safe environment.

• Follow the vaccination and deworming schedule provided by your veterinarian.

• Provide regular vet check-ups and preventive care.

• Notify us promptly of any health concerns.
